At ARZ Decor, we carefully inspect our decor pieces to ensure they meet our high standards before they ever leave our hands. To maintain this quality and keep our operations smooth, all standard sales are final. We do not offer standard returns, refunds, or exchanges for a change of mind.

Damaged in Transit? We've Got You Covered.

We know that shipping fragile decor can sometimes be unpredictable. If your item took a hit during delivery and arrives damaged, we will gladly step in and exchange it for a brand-new one.

To qualify for a damage exchange, simply follow these steps:

  1. Same-Day Reporting: You must notify us on the exact same day your package is delivered.

  2. Snap a Picture: Take clear photos of the damaged item and its original packaging.

  3. Send it Over: Send the photos directly to us via WhatsApp or text at +92 326 2623344.

Once we review your photos and confirm the transit damage, we will arrange to swap it out for a fresh, identical piece. Please note that this exception strictly covers an exchange for the exact same item, not an outright refund.
