3. Our Decor & Your Screen

We are proudly based in Pakistan and exclusively deal in decor-related items for customers within the country. We make every effort to display the true colors, textures, and details of our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your phone or computer monitor will render those colors with 100% accuracy.

4. Returns & Exchanges

Your use of our site is also governed by our Return and Exchange Policy. As a reminder, all standard sales are final. We do not offer refunds. We only offer exact-item exchanges for products damaged in transit, provided you send us clear photo evidence via WhatsApp or text on the exact same day of delivery.
