We know you are excited to upgrade your space, and we want to get your new pieces to you as safely and quickly as possible. Here is exactly what to expect once you place your order with ARZ Decor.
Processing & Delivery Timelines
Every decor piece is carefully prepped, packed, and dispatched to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

Standard Delivery: Our complete turnaround time—from the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives at your door—is 5 to 7 business days.

Business Days: Please note that business days are Monday through Friday. This timeframe does not include weekends or public holidays in Pakistan.
Where We Ship
We currently pack and ship our curated decor items exclusively to customers across Pakistan.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is boxed up and handed over to our courier partners, we will send you a confirmation message. If you ever need a status update on where your package is, just reach out to us directly with your order details.
Fragile Items & Transit Damages
Because we ship home decor, we take extra precautions with our packaging. However, the road can sometimes be rough. If your package arrives damaged, please refer to our Return and Exchange Policy. Remember, you must send us clear photos of the damage via WhatsApp on the exact same day of delivery to qualify for a replacement.
Need to Update Your Shipping Address?
If you accidentally entered the wrong shipping details at checkout, please contact us immediately. Once a package leaves our hands and is with the courier, we cannot reroute it or change the destination.
